2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- You received the wrong item or incorrect quantity.
- The product fails to perform as described, and it’s within the warranty period.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Subscription fees and service plans (once activated).
- Software licenses or digital products that have been downloaded or activated.
- Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

- Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
